With funding from CashBack for Communities since 2008, the Scottish Rugby Union supports a network of rugby development officers who deliver and support a range of programmes.
Over the phase 3 funding period (2014 - 2017) , Scottish Rugby's CashBack programme will develop the exisiting programmes and use the funding to leverage further activity.  Club Developmnet Officers lead on the delivery of the broad participation in all 32 local authority areas as well as street rugby and youth coaching courses.  

Programmes include; a comprehensive programme of schools and club development activities, G4S Street Rugby diversionary and referral programmes, and youth coaching courses across all 32 local authority areas in Scotland.
